In a global career of 27 years, Neeraj has lived and worked in pharma markets in India, South-East Asia, Latin America, and Europe. A seasoned professional, Neeraj has extensive General Management and P&L experience, building and leading businesses through stages of market entry, growth leadership, turnarounds, and M&A integration. Working across the spectrum of highly regulated and emerging markets has given him a perspicacious view of the Pharma industry.

In his previous role as the Head of Generics Business for Western Europe for Sun Pharma, he has successfully built a significant sterile injectables business in Europe, including many first-to-market ready-to-use products. He is passionate about Steriscience’s mission of enhancing patient care by identifying and solving challenges faced by hospitals.

Based in the Netherlands, Neeraj divides his time between The Hague and Bengaluru. He is married with two sons, can order dinner in five languages, and his favourite out-of-office activities include reading, working out, and grappling with the intricacies of Urdu poetry.

Having over 25 years of experience working in pharmaceuticals, ranging from orals solids to sterile injectables and biopharmaceuticals, Sundhar has been associated with the Strides group since its inception, where he went on to head Agila Specialties as Global manufacturing and SCM vertical head. He was part of the core team that transitioned into Mylan during its acquisition in 2013. Prior to Steriscience, Sundhar was heading the technical operations of Tenshi Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd for 4 years.

A decisive seasoned executive experienced in impacting business direction and performance with successful leadership strategies, tactical decision making and forward-thinking approaches; Sundhar has built an admirable track record of business-critical outcomes through the development of world-class manufacturing sites, introducing sizeable efficiencies and improvements in operational workflows, and delivering sustainable growth and performance over the years.

Sundhar is married with two children. He has great interest in following Mystical Spirituality and listening to Music. He enjoys outdoor activities such as travelling, photography, Wildlife and supports several sports.

Since joining as the CFO of Steriscience, Tarun has led the governance and strategic agenda of the company, to make it one of the fastest entrants in the injectables market, with significant manufacturing footprint and geographical presence.

He is a seasoned finance leader, with 16+ years of work experience, in leadership roles across the Pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. An MBA in Finance from IIM Lucknow, his career reflects a demonstrated history of achieving results and driving value across various companies, with stints in Mondelez (Cadbury), Fonterra and Cipla, before joining Steriscience. With experiences across M&A, ROIC & cash delivery, Risk Management, Governance and Business Partnering, Tarun has worked across multiple geographies, with significant experience in Asia, Europe, and Latin American markets.

Tarun is married and lives in Bangalore with his wife Madhulika and son Sthavir. He enjoys music, long road trips and wildlife safaris. In his free time, you would often catch him singing old songs.

Biju leads the Quality Function at Steriscience. He is a pharmacist from Bangalore University; and brings over 26 years of expertise and knowledge in successfully conducting and managing audits of USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, TGA, and other global agencies.

Prior to joining Steriscience in November 2020, Biju was the Head of Quality at Stelis Bio Pharma and served on its Board of Directors where he was responsible for building a state-of-the-art drug product and drug substance manufacturing facility along with building a sustainable and robust Quality System meeting global regulatory requirements. Before joining Stelis, Biju was Head of Quality at Wockhardt Bio Pharma where he was responsible for commissioning, qualification and building of robust Quality Systems for a large-scale drug substance microbial block and supporting in achieving various regulatory approvals. Biju also spent 19 years at various levels in quality functions at Strides/Agila Specialities (injectable division), and later at Mylan as Head of Quality and was responsible for various global regulatory approvals during his tenure.

Biju’s interests outside of work include reading, watching movies and engaging in various sports.

Senior Vice President and Head of R&D at Steriscience; Dr. Vijay brings with him over 20 years of extensive research and development experience in sterile pharmaceutical parenteral, including complex injectables and novel drug delivery systems for USA, Europe, and emerging markets.
Responsible for driving generics research, specialty formulations, and project management, he has been leading Steriscience R&D strategy since inception. Dr. Vijay has been instrumental in designing development strategies and successfully filing niche sterile products. His areas of focus include setting of systems for robust product development.

Prior to joining Steriscience, Dr. Vijay worked in leading pharmaceutical companies like Astron Research Ltd. where he held managerial positions within the R&D function; before joining Mylan where he went on to become Director, R&D over a tenure spanning more than 10 years.
Vijay has a Ph.D. Degree in Pharmaceutical sciences from DAVV, Indore and master’s from Dr. HS Gour university (Sagar University), Sagar.

Vijay is married and lives in Bangalore with his wife Lavanya and daughter Lahari. He enjoys listening to retro music, binge watching and reading scientific literature.

With over 30 years of experience across marketing, business development, geographic expansion, and corporate development in the US and global commercial hospital products environment, Dr. Hendrickson brings an impressive resume of experience in best practices for sterile injectables. He is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive, with a proven track record in product ideation, strategy development, and commercial execution.

As a recognized subject matter expert in sterile injectables, he has often served as a consultant for the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Steriscience, he was head of Commercial Global Injectables at Mylan (Viatris). He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Michigan in 1992. He spent several years at the Pharmacoeconomics Center of Excellence within the Denver VA Medical Center before joining Pharmacia & Upjohn, which was subsequently purchased by Pfizer (2002).

A passionate sports fan and an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, boating, and fishing, Joe resides in Northern New Jersey but he and his wife Lisa and their dog Blu spend part of their summer in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula on the shores of Lake Superior. Joe is a foody who loves to cook, and his three children are frequent recipients of care packages of their favourite foods

Madhab, CHRO of Steriscience is an M.Sc. (Chemistry), MBA (XIMB), and an MA (Psychology). He comes with over 17 years of experience working in pharmaceutical, energy and digital technology sectors. Madhab has worked with Dr. Reddy’s and Reliance Jio apart from an entrepreneurial stint with his own start up. He brings extensive domain expertise in organization design, talent management, leadership development, succession management, compensation & benefits and business partnering.

He has worked in and for markets of ASEAN, CIS, Central Asia & South America. He has designed and executed psychometric assessments for 13000+ participants with a 65% validity and 95% reliability scores helping stakeholders find the right successor for 2000+ jobs.

He is a polyglot and nurtures hobbies in badminton, swimming, skiing, horse riding, gardening, economics, and statistics.

An honours degree graduate in Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi, Dhriti brings 7 years of extensive experience in portfolio management and business development in the pharmaceutical industry.

Currently heading Global Business Development for the organization, she has been instrumental in designing the Steriscience strategy and goals since its inception and has worked closely on several other aspects including M&As and commercial operations. Prior to her stint here, she was leading portfolio strategy for Strides for key markets including the US. As a Young India Fellow from Ashoka University where she undertook a Post-graduation in Liberal Arts and Leadership, Dhriti acquired skills in critical thinking and problem solving that catapulted her journey towards a leadership position in the organization.

Outside of work, Dhriti enjoys spending time in her garden, reading, and exploring the best food in town. With her recent certification as an advanced open water diver, she looks forward to a lot more travel and adventure in the future
